This blog provides professional advice from a nutrition and weight loss expert (me!) about corporate and family health. Here you'll find recipes and articles that address work-related challenges like eating on-the-go and maximizing your productivity with the right foods. You'll also find out about how you can help your children develop strong immune systems and healthy bodies. As a nutrition instructor, I often found myself thinking, "When I have kids, this is how I will feed them." It's A New Year! Dieting Do's and Don'ts - Food and Nutrition - Naturally Savvy

HAPPY 2012!!

The Mayans and Nostradamus had us thinking this was the end, but it's just the beginning. This is going to be an interesting year, so stay positive and focused on what you really want from life right now (rather than all the reasons you don't think you can have it).

Everyone's talking about resolutions right now, and of course, shedding the holiday weight. I wrote this for Naturally Savvy last year. Enjoy and all the best this exciting year!
